Our Deminar will be run by David Burnham, who is the founder of the Burnham Rosen Group and an internationally renowned consultant on leadership issues. David has taken our group’s work extensively around the world over the last 30 years, from which he is highly regarded for his professionalism and track record in delivering value-adding projects to our client base. In both the US and the UK we are currently working with a number of major companies both on specific leadership initiatives and in collaboration with other consultancy organisations as part of more widely based business improvement projects.
At the event David will present the findings of his latest UK research-based study on the key differentiators of high performing leaders in comparison to others. The results of this study, which is the largest of its kind in the UK, will lead us to question and re-evaluate most of our traditional assumptions of how the top performers think about the leadership role and how they approach the ever increasing complexity of their working lives.
The Deminar will last three hours, followed by a complimentary lunch buffet, and is an invitation-only event to a select group of UK business professionals from a wide range of organisations. We are confident that they will leave knowing what differentiates high performing leaders from the average and how the latter can be developed into top quartile performers.
